Floratam

Florida has always been partial to the St. Augustine grasses. Floratam St. Augustine was introduced in 1973 and is now being used almost exclusively to other types.

Bahia

Bahia grass is a good low input warm season lawn and pasture grass. Bahia can be easily planted from grass seed and provides a decent "medium utility" turfgrass lawn in Southern state areas. Bahia turf requires a moderate amount of lawn grass care, maintenance and mowing.

Seville is a semi-dwarf, St. Augustine grass used in residential lawns throughout the southeastern United States.
